On behalf of all of Skalar, we would like to thank you for visiting our booths at BrauBeviale in Nuremberg and at WWEM in Telford UK.
The BrauBeviale was from 8-10 November in Nuremberg, Germany.
On display was our full range of automatic analyzers for the Brewing Industry.
- The SP2000 Beer/Wort analyzer automates the analysis of Bitterness in Wort & Beer. It is possible to combine the bitterness application with other parameters such as pH, Color, FAN etc.
- The PrimacsSNC Malt/Wort analyzer measures Total Nitrogen/Protein in Malt & Wort by using Dumas combustion technology and thermal conductivity detection.
- The San++ Beer/Malt analyzer offers full automation for various parameters in the analysis of Beer and Malt.
The International conference on water, wastewater and Environmental monitoring (WWEM) was held on 2-3 November in Telford, UK.
During this exhibition Skalar's latest development, the BluVision™ discrete analyzer, was officially introduced in the UK. The BluVision™ design focuses on environmental analysis, with large optical path length cuvettes for ultralow ppb analysis. The BluVision™ automates routine colourimetric analysis for laboratories that have a wide variety of sample types and matrices. The BluVision™ automates the sample & reagent pipetting into the cuvettes, mixing, heating and measuring of the reaction product. This level of automation and flexibility allows for unattended operation with long analysis runs; 560 tests can be performed without operator intervention. Our other products were on display as well:
SP2000 Robotic Analyzer
The SP2000 robotic platform offers automation and flexibility for applications such as BOD, COD, Test Kits, pH, Conductivity (EC), Alkalinity, Carbonate, Bicarbonate, Turbidity, Color, Ion Selective Electrodes (ISE) applications and particle size distribution in soil.
Primacs Temperature Technology
Skalar offers a variety of Total Organic Carbon and Total Nitrogen analyzers that are available for liquid or solid samples, all based on international standard regulations. The Primacs uses temperature ramping for the analysis of TOC, TC, TIC, TN and also EC (according to DIN 19539) in solid and liquid samples.
San++ Continuous Flow Analyzer
For both simple and complex chemistry automation the San++ offers complete automation of colorimetric parameters such as Ammonia, Nitrate, Nitrite, Phosphate, Fluoride, Chloride, Sulphate, MBAS, Phenol, Cyanides, Total Nitrogen and Total Phosphrous. The San++ seamlessly integrates sample pretreatments for example distillation and digestion procedures.
